Instructions for Physical Registration on Convocation Date

  1. All graduands must register in-person on the Convocation Day 4th October, 2024. There will be separate registration desks for different branches in the APJ Complex. The registration sites are given in Announcements.
  2. Registration will start from 7:00 am and continue till 10 am. Graduands must report for physical registration well before 10:00 am. After that, desk registrations will stop.
  3. To register, the following steps are required:
    1. Carry your NSUT I-Card and deposit it at the registration desk.
    2. Fill up the Exit Survey Form that has been emailed to each graduand.
    3. Ensure that there are no dues pending against you.
  4. Each graduand can bring a maximum of two parents/ guests at the convocation ceremony. Children below 12 years of age are not allowed. All persons must carry their Identity card.
  5. All graduands will be given the academic regalia sashes at the registration desks which they must wear during the ceremonies.
